Tasks list for AVISTA Volunteers:

Primary responsibilities:

1. recruit, engage and retain members to Hour Exchange Portland

2. outreach to the community with partnerships with local nonprofits, businesses partners, church and civic groups, schools, senior centers, medical providers, and community members.

3.raise resources in support of Hour Exchange Portland operations

4. facilitate and track member exchanges

5. create and strengthen strategic collaborative relationships

6. assess program needs, assets and resources, and identify areas for improvement, with goal of increasing member exchanges for needed services

7. work with members to create ownership of the Hour Exchange Portland program through engagement and support, and growth and development

8. document best practices, create tool kits and track exchange and data information of Hour Exchange Portland member exchanges, and complete performance reports on Hour Exchange Portland.
